• You must be 18 years old with valid DL & CC to rent and or drive our boats.
• You must be 21 with valid DL & CC to rent and or drive our Pontoon Boats.
• A signed legal waiver must be signed for each boat rented
• Children under 12 years old must wear a life jacket on the entire dock system and on the watercrafts.
• Life jackets are required for all guests renting our stand up paddle boards and kayaks.
• Beaching Big Rock Resort Boats is Strictly Prohibited.
• All Motor Boat rentals include gas, seat cushions and life jackets.
  
  NO REFUNDS DUE TO WIND, WEATHER OR SAD STORY - Once you pay for your reservation and leave our dock you will not be refunded for unused time

16ft Flat Bottom Boat Policies

• Maximum of 4 Guests (yes, children count)
• We reserve the right to reduce the number of guests allowed on any watercraft due to the size/weight of the guests, number/size of dogs aboard and/or coolers and other equipment desired to bring onboard.
• You must be 18 with valid DL & CC to rent and or drive our boats.
• Children under 12 years old must wear a life jacket on the entire dock system and on the watercraft.

• We reserve the right to change your boat number. Your specific boat number is not guaranteed.
